Convert dynamic volume back to basic

Installed a new hd and winxp allowed me to initialize only as a dynamic volume.

I have done converting before but forgot the steps to format it back to a basic volume.

Right now it showed as simple/dynamic in disk management.

Can some of the experts show me the way? Thanks.
