me puedes decir si para 2x ocz vertex max 3 raid 0 ,es más rápida y fuerte una tarjeta controladora LSI megaraid 9260I4, o una Adaptec 6405 sata III o otro marca? gracias

Si tu tarjeta madre (motherboard) tiene integrado una controladora RAID, no nescesitas una controladora externa, a menos que vayas a utilizar mas discos en un futuro.

Los dos discos en RAID0 son mas rapidos, pero si alguno de ellos falla, lo pierdes todo pues RAID0 no tiene tolerancia a fallas. Usualmente esto no es problema alguno ya que es común en estos casos que solo el sistema operativo este instalado en el RAID0 y la data adicional este guardada en otro(s) disco(s).

En relación a las dos tarjetas que mencionas, personalmente prefiero el siguiente orden:

Areca
LSI
3Ware
Adaptec

La LSI9260 es muy buena.
