Controlling friends pc over the net?

I am teaching my friend how to use Adobe Photoshop but the thing is its hard without him seeing what I do. We tried using MSN remote assistance but on Photoshop its very laggy, so laggy its impossible to do anything with it.

How else can we do this ? and is there a way we can do it with the minimum of lag?

What type of Internet connection are you attempting this over?
I don't suppose you have a copy of PC Anywhere sitting around?

Im using radmin now, it works fine thanks.

I have 600k cable btw and my mate has dsl
