I set up a Network for My wifes work, (She works for a Small Non-Profit Company). I was set up sharing a DSL Connection. there is 1 Computer Hooked in through Lan Cable and two computers connecting Via Wireless. They are looking for some way to control the internet access to require Logging in before bieng allowed access to the internet as this is an enviroment where You childeren will have access to the Computers, Does anyone know any kind of software/Setup that will accomplish this? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

The term you are looking for is Captive Portal.

You can google nocatauth for information or look at a linux distro called m0n0wall which has it as part of the distribution.

some of the linksys routers now have authentication availbility service built in. its a third party service that requires a monthly fee but it works great for small applications.

Sonicwall firewalls have authentication ability in them. A TZ170 would be good for a small business.
