Controlling 2 CPU fans

I have two CPU fans (4-pin PWM) that I'd like to use, one of them is connected to the CPU_FAN header (4-pin).

If I connect the other CPU fan to the PSU, then it runs at full speed and is way too loud.

What kind of adapter do I need so that I can connect both of them to the mobo header?

Also, would a Zalman Fanmate work with these PWM fans? I checked and it only has a 3-pin connector.

To connect them both to the header, you'd need a splitter. I don't know where you would find one, but I'm pretty sure they do exist for PWM fans. As for your second question, yes, a Fanmate would work.
