In my event log, it states that device\harddisk1\dr1 has many controller errors. Is this my hard drive or a motherboard problem?

It could be either one, on my old mobo is was throwing up controller errors too which turned out to be part the harddrives fault.

downloaded some seagate util program, hopefully that could help.. shit, spent a week on my server and it had to be this giving me all the problems!!!!!!!!!!!! errr.. at first, i wasn't getting any event logs.

:(
