So i seen the thread allowing 6.3 and Control Panel to be used.
So my question is what is the need for CCC in the first place, what does it provide or do that control panel doesn't?
Does it have game optomizations?
Can Overdrive still be usd in Control Panel?
I hate using CCC, becuase it is so slow to load, and drastically adds to my windows loading time, but i am prepared to use it if it provides additional benefits.

Thanks for any feedback.

I use ATI Tray Tools now. I still have CP installed, but I'm not reinstalling it when I remove it for 6.4. ATITT can do everything.

I think that they made it as a part of the 9800 XT package, thats the first time I saw it anyway so I could (and prolly am) be wrong.
I dont think that it does anything that the normal control panel does, except load slower

Well with a X1900XTX you lose a few options that CCC has that Control Panel does not. Control Panel doesn't have the options for Adaptive AA and High Quality AF. I think those are the two, I know thats what the Control Panel is lacking though.

So Tray Tools recognizes x1900 series now? I'm about had it up to here with CCC.
