Hey guys (and girls?), I frequent this board frequently because I enjoy seeing your work. Now I have a job for you.
This is for a real estate agency. You know those signs that sold the for sale signs in front of houses? They're like a funky 'T' well, we'd like to cover the 'T' with a woman whose arm is sticking out and the sign is hanging from her arm. We had somebody working on it, but it was coming out too lifelike. We would like the style to be like this Doomsbury comic strip. So basically line art with a couple of solid colors (black, white, green, purple, skin tone).
The company colors are green and purple, I figured good approximations for these were RGB (r:40 g:200 b:150) and (r:150 g:40 b:200). But those can be changed in the future. Just giving you something to work with. I'll try to handle any requests for more information as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the finished product for this will be some 5 feet tall. It should be inviting and professional.
There is no hard deadline for this, but we have meeting on Mondays, where I plan on taking in the current submissions and where they will be put to a vote. To the artist of the chosen entry I will pay $30 USD via paypal or check if you would prefer.
