Hopefully this is the right forum for this. I just recently bought a thermaltake Xaser III case and completely love it. Except that the harcano fan controller is not working. I have tried contacting thermaltake through their technical support on their page 3 times and they are not responding. I can't seem to find any number to phone them. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Thanks

take it out, see if you have the power connected to it, and check the battery that's in the back of t3h LCD screen, that's what did it for me

same here..

i chucked it out the window and got me a coolermaster musketeer

:D

Tt makes some shitty products sometimes... although i really love my xaser

I know I have some power going to it since the fans that are connected to it are all running. It is just none of the fan control knobs do anything and the lcd does not light up. I will check for the battery.
