contact microsoft by e-mail?

I'm living in China so phoning the north America number is out of the question. When I had a problem with my Microsoft keyboard before I e-mailed the Canadian office which helped me get in touch with the right people in the China office to help me with the warranty. Now I'm having a problem with my USB wireless receiver for my 360 controller and I can't find any e-mail contact information.

Anyone know how I can get in touch with the American / Canadian office for warrant?
