Constant CLI errors?

Just set up my new computer, installed the .net 2.0 framework and Catalyst 6.6s, now whenever I go to open the CCC it gives me:

CLI Application (Command Line Interface) has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The CCC actually comes up, and I can work in it while the error message is up, but it won't go away and I have to click close for it to go away, but that quits out of the CCC. Anyone know whats up? I've tried driver cleaner, safe mode wiping, installing a different set of drivers (6.5) but still doing it.
