Consensus on 3800 rev E o/c

So whats the consensus on the amount of the o/c with these chips? the most i can squeeze is 312x8.5 thats stable at 1.55cv. I gave it up to 1.6cv but it didnt make a diff, it will boot at 312x9 but its not stable and soon crashes windows when running prime. Anyone else have any better luck with more of a stable o/c with these chips??

Is there a reason for the extremely high HTT you're going after? Do you know the top-end limits of all your parts before trying to set this maximum OC? Memory/CPU/board/etc? Also, half multipliers are bad. ;)
