Conroe MAX temp?! Im a bit worried..

Well... AT STOCK SPEEDS w/ RETAiL HSF (AS5) my max temp was 67c heres a pic..

It looks like you used the workload test from TAT to get your max temp. If so, 67C is nothing to worry about since that particular test produces far more than heat than Prime 95, which in turn produces far more heat than most real-world applications. I have a 9C difference between TAT and Prime 95, and a 6-7C difference between Prime 95 and Folding@Home for instance.

Plus the C2D only starts throttling at 85C.

It's fine. Don't worry about it. TAT is a brutal stress test. Lower Vcore a bit if it really worries you.

I was just trying to make sure I don't kill my Conroe now when I begin testing my MAX oc/ ability with it (I have run the Throttle and it does lower the speed) and I was also wondering if I should update my bios from F2 to the latest one for my GA-965P-S3.. So 85C (I have bios set to warn @ 70c but it's never done it) is when my CPU will throttle itself so I don't overheat it!?
Also I am worried that my CPU fan (with fullspeed in bios) will only peak at 1700RPM (STOCK INTEL HSF) and my front case fan won't even get to 1000RPM.. *(My rear 120 is spinning at like 4000rpm im guessing)*
