The consumer did. Regardless of which platform you use high end processors are going to be available to you at a much cheaper price due to competition.

haha... I was joking to my girl about that thismorning. Off topic back story:

I got these rats as pets, but haven't decided on names... I was going to name one "nixie"... and I was explaining to the gf what nixies were, and I said "they are a series of tubes..." and then I burst out laughing.
 
Laughter is good for the soul and keeps your tubes clean so they don`t get stuck in your hole
