connecting to a printer on another pc wirelessly

ok here is what i am trying to do. i am trying to take my laptop (well refer to as PC 1) and connect through our wireless network to the printer that is connected to my dads laptop (PC 2) through usb. Is there anything that i need to setup or any guides that i can follow to get his done. i have tried looking and done trial and error and haven't got it figured out.

PC1 runs win 7 home premium
PC2 runs vista home premium

Need to answer a few questions first:

1) Are both computers on the same Workgroup?

2) Is file and printer sharing enabled on the the computer with the printer? Is it setup for password protected sharing?

3) Is the currently connected network set to "Home" or "Work" on both laptops?

4) Is Network Discovery enabled on both computers?
