Connecting Dish Satellite box to Dell 2407

This particular box only has composite connections and s-video. The Dell has only one composite connection (yellow) where the box has all 3 (yellow, white, red).

How to i connect the box to the dell to watch tv on it?

Well the yellow is video. The red and white are Left and right Audio. You need to get the the adapter that allows 2 RCA and connects to a 1/8 mini jack.

Well if you have the soundbar for the 2407 then you would use the mini jack on that. If not you can use the input on your soundcard.
