connecting 2 displays to one comp

hi,
i have a p4-3.2Ghz computer and 2 LCD screens, and 2 cables(1 is digital, 1 analog).
the video card has analog and digital outputs too. My plan is to connect both to my comp, one using digital cable, the other using the analog. I think my video card supports 2 displays because when you go to video options you can see screen 1 and screen 2. Am i right here?

That should would just fine, just select the second display in the Display Properties and check the box "Extend my Windows desktop to this monitor" you can then adjust the resolution and relative position to your liking
