I have a case that has mic input and headphone output jacks on the front. id like to hook them up but my audigy didnt come with a manual so i dont know what pins to hook the panel to. I checked the online manual but its just a list of help topics and i cant find it there. anyone have a diagram on the pin output on sound blaster audigy?

I use the platinum and as far as I know you need to use the proprietary ide cable and the Audigy access panel. You may be able to gain rudimentary mic and headset via the aux imput but i am not sure.

The only other way that comes to mind is if the case's front panel access wires are long enough you would run them out the back to the rear inputs on the card itself.

I am not sure what interface the case is providing but whatever it is you would need an adaptor for the card inputs.

The pins on the Audigy are meant to connect to Creative's front drive panel.

The signals on these pins are all digital, and some carry +5v power. They are useless unless you are using Creative's panel.

Your only option is rigging up the pins to some 1/8" mini jack plugs and connecting them to the rear ports on the card.
