Connect3D 1900xt 2D clocks.

Ok why is it even though I have my ATI serviecs disabled. the card still stays on 2D clocks. If I set the clocks to 3D sppeds and load a game it will go back 2D. I have to load a game first, ALT-TAB out, then select my 3D clocksand go back into the game. Any suggestions ? Another question, whats is a good, but inexspensive water cooling kit. Say under $100. Thanks for all the input and advise. :D
 
I was having a similar problem and just un-installed/re-installed the drivers... Seemed to work for me. Also, are you looking to cool only you GPU or your CPU as well???
 
Thanks for the reply..Seufari. I will try reinstalling the drivers. As for water cooling, just the GPU right now. I have a Big Typhoon on an Opty 146 which does a pretty good job. I just can't seem to find a decent GPU H2O cooling solution, thats relatively low in cost. I suppose I could get one that cools CPU/GPU and just not hookup the CPU side unti I need it. Once again thanks for the reply. :)
