I have two computers and two monitors. I would like to use one mouse and keyboard for both computers and also would like to use both monitors for each computer. Would I need to look for a KVM switch and if so, what features do I need? Is this even possible?

If one of the monitors has 2 inputs, then you don't need a special fancy expensive KVM, just a cheap $10-$20 one, unless you like to nitpick about display quality. For a while, my main workbench had a 22" CRT and a 20" LCD, along with a standard 2-port VGA/PS2 KVM. The CRT was connected to the KVM, and the LCD was connected to each computer. The only thing is, when I switch with the KVM, I'd have to manually switch the LCD to the other input. BTW, I, too, am assuming the thread title is incorrect, lol.
