I would not be surprised if they sue Wired... I mean, they are saying worse things than Kyle ever said.I doubt it will come out now. After all the bad press they've had, they won't get any more investors for that system.

It would be best for them, to make some money, to start selling custom built PC's, inside a specially designed box, made to be the centre of your entertainment system, with broadband, games... hang on a minute...

They shouldn't get any more investors. As Kyle's report on the subject pointed out, Tim Roberts has been involved in alot of unsuccessfull business and everything on Infinium Labs is making it out to be a sham.

Here's my theory. Tim Roberts comes up with a halfway feesable idea. He gets investors to buy into it because it is a good idea and more than likely a master bs'er. Then he pockets much of the money some how, so he gets richer. Then he tanks the business and never pays back the investment money and gets himself off the hook. Then he moves on to his next victims. The so called phantom prototype didn't really have much if anything you couldn't buy at your local Fry's except for a poorly made casing.

Thats a good theory, but how does he get away with it? Surely there must be some sort of watchdog or commission looking out for that sort of thing? And surely the investors could sue him for the money, and if not more?
