Confused!!! Which LCD to get?

I've been reading a lot that past couple days on here since i've been looking for a new LCD to get. And i've then become confused on which one to get.

I want a 19" or larger LCD for about $500, maybe more if you can convince me its good enough. I want a LCD thats good for all around use, like gaming and watching movies.

Was thinking about the Viewsonic VX924 but from what i read on here its really not that great.

The Hyundai L90D+ also looked nice from what i read, but apparently not so great for movies.

Then there's the Dell 2005fpw which i'm now really leaning towards getting. Is the 12ms response time good enough for games? Also i've heard some bad things on some early Rev models, should i worry about that still?

So pick a monitor thats good for all around use, not just those 3, for ~$500.
