Confused about EDB

Only the LGA775 CPUs use the numerical naming scheme. The socket 478 CPUs still use the GHz rating. A 5xx P4 without the J is an LGA775 D0, without EDB. A 5xxJ is an LGA775 E0 with EDB. For socket 478, there is no indication in the name that the CPU is an E0 stepping. However, I believe the socket 478 E0s do have EDB. EDB is a new feature in the E0 stepping.
