Configuring SLi?

Hi guys, the passively WCed system I've been talking about is alive and running right now, and I'm wondering how to configure SLi.

1. Is it possible to have my video signals coming from the bottom of my 2 video cards?
2. How do I even check that SLi is enabled? I had an 8600GTS, and now a pair of 9600GT OCs in SLi, so I don't think I need new drivers, or do I?
3. Not SLi-related, but does anyone know of a good temp monitoring program besides Speedfan? I'm looking for something that does CPU + GPU, and I can just stick it on me desktop while I do some temperature benchmarks for my loop.

2. Right Click Desktop -> Nvidia Control Panel -> Left side of the window, there is a SLI option, checkmark to enable SLI is located there
