Hey guys. I just bought a Gigabyte 6950 2gb video card. I installed the 11.8 drivers from AMD.com but I have very little experience configuring the ATI/AMD drivers. Most of my experience is from nVidia cards.

What I was wondering is if someone can point me to a good guide for getting the most out of this nice card? Maybe a guide for the driver settings, and system settings? Any help would be appreciated. Everything now is set to stock (however it is configured when first installed). I know I can be getting more out of this card.

You just install them and go. If you want to tinker with stuff, do it in the individual game's settings. I really only screw with drivers if a game doesn't offer something I want (like AA).

Nothing much to bother with, as lloose said. You can set stuff like AF mode / quality, but that's about it (forcing a given AA mode across all titles is generally a bad idea, though that's an option too) . Personally I'd recommend just leaving it alone.
