Alright, I've been spending some time checking out hardware and such and I have acquired the following parts for my new desktop. Alright, this desktop is not for gaming or anything specific, however I'm sure I will play the occasional hour of far cry or counter-strike.

MSI Neo2 Platinum
AMD 3000+ 64 Socket 939
Geil DDR400 Dual Channel Memory (2gb total, 4-1gb dimms)
eVga GeForce4 5700LE
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
4x120GB Seagate 7200RPM HDDS (Raid 0+1, 32K Stripe) (system array)
1x400GB Hitachi 7200RPM SATA HDD
1x160GB Maxtor 7200RPM HDD
1x120GB Maxtor 7200RPM HDD
1x80GB Maxtor 7200RM HDD (i will probably not use it once i pull my system files)
Samsung CD-R/RW/DVD Combo Drive
Lite-ON 16X Dual Layer DVD-R/RW Drive
Samsung 3.5" Floppy
Fulltower Chieftec/Chenbro Dragon
Thermaltake 480Watt PSU (butterfly)
3xVantec Volcano fans (replaced oem case fans)
PCToys Fanbus (like the nexus)
2x80mm case fans for exhaust

Promise TX4000 Raid Controller
Promise ST2 Sata Controller with 1ata and 2 sata

I'm using only one IDE/ATA channel on the motherboard for my cdroms, everything else is running through individual channels on the pci sata and pci ata raid controller card(s).

Is my power supply "large" enough to take the load? I really doubt my drives and such will be operating at full load for an extended amount of time, next to the occasional spurt of gaming or photoshop usage.

May i ask what this system is for? It's hard to recommend anything without knowing what you'll use the system for mainly. For example, I'd go with less harddrives and instead invest in a better videocard. Also I'd get rid of that crappy Samsung combo drive and get a different one instead, but it really depends on what you wanna use this for.
