Configuration Issues, Noncompliant, compliant failures

I'm assuming you have some iSCSI storage related issues? If you're using Jumbo Frames, make sure it's configured properly.

And generally, host profiles would not have anything to do with performance (unless it was a mis-configuration, of course).

It sounds like you're up a creek though. Time to get a good VMware admin or open a case with them.
 
We have five blades, three have config errors like above. There are terminal servers on the blades with bad configs and they perform poorly. The admin says it's nothing to worry about but I feel otherwise.
 
Basically what this is telling you is that you do not have your configs matched between hosts. Storage is tricky when it comes to Host Profile Compliancy and usually is reported the most.

The idea behind Host Profiles is to provide uniformity of configuration across hosts and an automated way to configure hosts based on a "reference" host , not to gauge performance issues.

do you feel like those are non issues?

i am by no means a vmware expert, but when i see "configuration issues", noncompliant" and "compliance failures" it makes me wonder.
 
I'd be concerned that your iSCSI config may not be sane at all, based on the errors it's reporting for the switches. The naa strings are probably ignorable.
