Condensation issues with Vapo PE

Good morning/afternoon everyone...

I have a Vapochill PE, which according to the person I bought it from, was upgraded to XE-level cooling. It runs anywhere from -31C to -27C in this system. Last night, I had a shutdown, and it wouldn't start back up again. It was late, so I just gave up, and mumbled myself to sleep. Today, I took off the clam shell, and to my dismay there was condensation in there. Once it was dried out, everything worked fine, but it shut down again, and I repeated the process. It is running again, but I feel like I'm tempting fate by keeping this running like this.

I'm looking for what I should be fixing/changing in this system, so that condensation doesn't form. I read the directions from Vapo carefully in assembling this. The only thing I question is the pad that goes between the clamshell and the CPU socket. It's not ripped or anything, and it seems to be in good shape, but other than that, I don't see what else could be wrong. I'm really looking for some experts here to give me some insight into what I could try.

Oh, and I'm not overclocking right now, so maybe I should (somehow) turn the temperature up? I am obviously a newbie at phase-change cooling, so please hold my hand. :D

you could pull a [H] solution in their latest review, and go get a bike tire tube and wrap it around, if that would work.
