Haha. Sorry, I just had to see this asstastic code on it's own.

LOL. It automaticly spaces the www and returns on the g. Man that's annoying.

You notice how all his positive feedback (of the 8 he has) in the last week is from someone (regarding the XT) with 1 or less feedback on themselves? This means that he simply registered multiple accounts and gave himself feedback. What a dork.

Send all that info to Ebay. It's obvious it's a scam, and they will probably remove/ban. Even his ad says he accepts PayPal, yet he only wants a wire-transfer? That's grounds for removal as he's advertising it.

Welp, more evidence:

Hmmmmph :) Be sure to send those names along in your email to Ebay.

I emailed Ebay incase you didn't. Keep an eye on it. I'm sure it'll be removed. Ebay tends to have a better safe than sorry approach.

Asus 9800XT 256mb for £259.00 inc delivery, claiming they were selling direct from manufacturer

I don't get it either. So he is selling a card for 470.37 USD, right? Isn't that the normal price?

Not in Uk there like £350, anyway he/she/they set up a fake website mirroring Asus's official website instead of uk.asus.com it was asustek.org.uk, so when people got replys back from ....@asustek.org.uk they looked official, then was asking for payment only by bank transfers to a uk bankaccount which looked really iffy and then never sending anything out. the website is still up and running so have a look and spot the bits that give it away!
