Computers Wont POST - Asus & OCZ

I recently got parts to build 2 new systems and neither will display ANYTHING on the screen..

System 1 Specs:

ASUS P5LD2 Deluxe
4 x OCZ Gold 512mb PC4200
74gb WD Raptor
250gb WD SATA
16x NEC Burner
AL Case
pci-x16 850 PRO video card
Antec TruPower 2.0 550w
Intel P4 630

System 2
ASUS PSLD2
2 x OCZ Gold 512mb PC4200
250gb WD Sata
Plextor Burner
Steel Case
pci-x16 radeon x600
Ante TruPower 2.0 430
Intel P4 630


Neither will POST, and I`ve tried 1 stick of ram from different "pairs" in both systems... nothing. I`ve tried different video cards in both systems, and tried different processores in different motherboards and different power supplys nothing... THe only thing similiar between each board that may make it not POST is the ram does the OCZ PC4200 DDR2 not work ??

Suggestions?

I`m going to get some more ram on Mon to test but for now any ideas I have 2 new systems!!! Nothen worken :(

I would try another random stick of ram just to see...maybe the OCZ needs a certain voltage like the corsair does IE 2.1v as opposed to stock 1.8
 
Dillisuion What CAS ram are you using the manaul mentions "accepted" ram and all are 4 while mine are 3... What are yours rated at ?
 
I know this doesnt help much Todd, but ive seen quite a few posts where ocz 4200 doesnt work with the p5ld2. Anyway i bet youve already sorted this problem out.

I have a question for you, do you overclock either of the boards you have? I have the non deluxe version and im trying to get my voltages right..

he hasnt, overclocked yet since after he built it, it won't POST. ASUS mobo are picky when it comes to RAM's, consult your manual or visit the ASUS website and look at your motherboard model for the list of compatible RAM's.
 
ok not a problem, i thought he might have replaced his ram out of frustration by now is all.
