Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
have all your reciepts. and prepare for a long fone battle. i had to do it with fedex and they still didnt refund me.
i sold a mobo, it arrived wet and the box torn up badly. they picked it up and checked it out, how can they test mobo, fedex dont know wtf they are doing. there was no process or ram PSU whatever. I don't think they know what they are doing. I talked to the lady and she said it looks find and in working condition. BS. board didnt work and never got my money. goodluck and keep us posted.
I work for UPS and do damages there so I may be able to help. Most damages will be refunded if there was 2" of packing all around the object(on all sides). Call ups and tell them they damaged ur item and have them pick it up. Pack it the way I said (2 inches of packing material all around) and maybe damage the board so its obvious(like one guy said if it looks ok the damage guys will say it looks ok, they dont know shit).
