I just moved into an apt and I need a space for my computer. I have this big ugly desk at home that I don't want to take. the main purpose of this computer is an HTPC, so it must stay in the living room. Other than that it's too chat on and check e-mail, once and a while a word document(until i get a laptop, then the monitor goes).
Right now i have my 19" sony trinitron sitting on a bookcase, with a folding chair and my mx duo on my lap. Anyone have any creative ideas of things i could build/use as a computer workspace? I can post a picture of the setup later tonight.
Ideally, i would get a small lcd, put a picture frame around it, and mount it to the wall. get a fold out computer tray with a small side table and I'd be all set, but the lcd is not in the near future.
Thoughts? comments? suggestions? Thanks.
