I bought the following:

CHAINTECH nForce3 250 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 Athlon 64 CPU, Model "VNF3-250"
Thermaltake W0014 Silent Purepower 480W
AMD 64 3000+ ATHLON 64
512MB Crucial DDRAM
Radeon 9800pro

and it won't turn on. The fans don't turn on anywhere or anything. No sound is made. I tested it with another working psu and video card and got the same thing. Any idea what it could be?

This would indicate a DOA motherboard if you tested it with a working video card and psu.
