Computer Won't Turn On!

Hi,

I have just assembled my computer and for some reason it will not turn on. I can hear no fans moving nor see any lit LEDs. I believe I have all the connections in correctly so I'm unsure what to do next. I also see no switches on the power supply to turn it off/on. I have the 24pin power connector hooked up to the board as well as the 4pin 12V connector. Should I at least hear the PSU fan turning when I press the power button? Any suggestions?

Okay, I just unplugged a connector and I hear some fans turning and see some LEDs being lit, so the power supply should be ok. I will update this message with the results soon!

Update: Windows is now being installed. Turns out the problem I was having was user error!
