Computer Won't Turn On

I pressed the on button, and the lights flash (I have a few LEDs on the front panels), but the fans don't spin and the motherboard doesn't turn boot.

Anyone have suggestions? It was working fine yesterday. I'm thinking the PSU is dead, but if there are any troubleshooting methods...
 
Try jumping the PSU (connect the green wire and one of the black ones together with a paper clip) and see if it starts up. If it does, chances are the issue is something to do with your motherboard. You should try resetting your BIOS as well.
