computer wont start, help troubleshoot :)

So I am running windows home server 2003

opened up the computer, installed an ethernet card, computer wouldnt start

Opened up computer, took out card, noticed the rear fan isnt working (maybe it stopped working before, not sure), and i get a blue screen when loading windows home server 2003 (the windows is loading screen..........)

Continuous restart at that point getting to the same point and restarted. I cant pause on the blue screen, so i cant even see the error

So what should I do!

I plugged the fan into another connector on the motherboard and it doesnt work either (maybe the fan died).
