I'm having an annoying problem where if I put the computer into sleep mode, it will go through the process, turn off and just a few seconds later come back on.So I ran the "powercfg -lastwake" command, and it shows its the network card waking it up. So I proceeded to check the bios to turn off WOL, however this motherboard doesn't have that option or at least I couldn't find it. Also another problem which is similar is it does the same thing when I power off the computer, it turns back on a few seconds later. Unplugging the Ethernet cable doesn't always solve it. Any ideas?

Check the BIos to see if the Power off state is set to "last" its unlikely but that's a possibility
I Would reset the CMOS and perform a Long POwer drain (2+ mins) seems Hardware related.

That seems to have fixed the problem, tested sleep/shutdown a few times. Thanks for the help.
