Computer Won't Power Up

The wife and I took a week-long vacation last week and as usual I power down all of my PCs here at home. All of them were running fine without any major problems when they were powered down.

Upon returning 2/3 boot just fine. However, my main machine doesn't want to power up. I pressed the power button and the fans spin just briefly and then then nothing. I try the power button again and nothing, no fans spinning or anything. I tried resetting the BIOS, testing the battery, switching the power cord to a different outlet, setting my overclock back to default speed and nothing seems to have helped.

Here's the system specs.

AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1200MHz
EPox 8K7A+
512MB DDR 2100
GeForce3
Hercules Fortissimo II
Linksys Wireless Card
Plextor CD Writer
2 Seagate 40GB IDE drives (Not configured for RAID)
SParkle FSP400-60GN powersupply
Windows 2000 with latest updates up 1-January, the last day it was on.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Is it possible for it to just die like that after sitting idle for a week?

I'll try the supply from my wife's machine as a check. Thanks.

PS from the other computer worked fine. Replaced with a 350W Antec unit.

Thanks for the reply.
