My computer was working just fine... I unplugged everything (in order to move it) and now it fires up but does not post BIOS. Did the mobo somehow get fried when I was unplugging or plugging all the devices from it ?

You need to start at the beginning. Either a component has failed or, more likely, one connection has failed because it's connected improperly or in the wrong place.

Do this. Do a minimal install of the MB OUTSIDE the case with just the CPU, GPU and, one stick of ram. Make sure the one stick of ram is in the correct slot for that configuration. Make sure your case connectors are properly oriented to pin one. Look for the triangle on the pin, do not rely on the cable labels. Try to boot. If no joy, try another stick of ram. Try to boot between each addition of a component. One thing at a time. Got it?

Before taking everything out of the case, you could re-seat the RAM and expansion cards. It's worked for me a couple times before. Most likely the move just jostled something and you need to jostle it back.

Yeah like everyone else said Wolf, unplug everything and start plugging in component by component. Also remember to unplug your case fans. I never did that once and it was a case fan causing some really arb issue so unplug those too.
