Computer wont post with wireless card

Weird situation. Trying to install a Wireless card into a old Socket 7 computer. But whenever I put the card in, the computer would not even post. When its out, it works just fine. Some kinda IRQ problem? Tried putting AGP vid card, still no go. Any ideas?

Configuration as follows
K6-2 400 on a FIC VA-503+ mobo w/ 96megs EDO ram
Some S3 virge PCI vid card.
 
try what Wixard suggested - try different slots. It's prolly hardware incompatibility problem and there's not much you can do about it maybe except for flashing newer BIOS...
 
Update: The card does work, tired it on a different computer. Also tried doing different slot combinations. Doesnt matter which slot it goes into, the comp would not post with the wireless card in.
