Computer Wont Post/Boot

I am building a computer and I installed everything and everrything Turns on and runs but it wont Post or Boot at all, just get a "Check Your Connection To Your Monitor" on the screen but nothing from the computer, anyone got any ideas?
 
any beeping? I'm guessing no...? Mobo shorting maybe? Does it boot outside the case?
 
Nope. I thought that was the problem..But I tried everything. It has to be the mobo..It doesnt boot outside the case. :( I am gonna try and get a new mobo tommorow and try it and get a refund on this one.
