Computer won't boot.; Need Help.

I shiped my computer the other day home here and now it doesn't boot. The it said Disk Boot Faliur. Everything is connect I checked but now it just won't boot. Everything was working fine untill I shiped it at UPS.
 
Sounds like the HD cable is loose. Unplug both ends all the way and replug while the computer is unpluged.
