Okay, first off thanks for taking the time to read this and help =)

My comp is having problems booting, when i turn it on, it doesnt post. Sometimes i can HEAR the memory test (pretty sure thats what the noise is anyways), but nothing shows on the screen. Its not the moniter or the graphics card, because my usb devices arent recieving power. (the reciever for my wireless mouse doesnt light up like it normally does on boot). My powersupply is an enermax eg465p-ve (460w). the motherboard is an epox 8rda+ rev1.1. I've tried unplugging everything but 1 hard drive, and then booting so im pretty sure my psu is pumping enough juice to my comp. It used to have problems booting occasionally, but after awhile, it'd finally boot successfully. I've taken everything part and checked EVERY connection, and everythings plugged in correctly. unfortunetly i dont have another powersupply that i can swap in to test and see if its the psu or the motherboard. Any suggestions on what the culprit could be?

My specs are:
2x512 kingston pc3200 ram (running at pc2700 tho)
epox 8rda+ rev1.1
ati radeon 9700np
1 wd 80gb hd
1 seagate 200gb hd
2 optical drives
enermax 465p-ve (460watts)

Thanks again for your help!

You stated memory--

Try one stick of memory on each slot + test.

Make sure you disconnect the optical drives first.

Try to reset CMOS by taking off the battery and leaving it for a safe 1 full minute then replace it there.

Repeat the test.

Try to put your PSU in another computer and see if it will boot off of it.

If success with that, your motherboard is more likely the culprit.

Inspect for bloated capacitators and burned/marked brown/black colors on the board, even sniff it to see if anything burned. In fact, sniff all parts to see if anything might've been burned.
