Computer will not boot, defective motherboard?

I went to frys the other day to buy one of those hardware monitors to see my temps but I had a problem fitting it in my case so I took it out. I only removed my barton so I could put a probe under it and that was all I touched. Now my computer will not boot. First it wouldn't post at all. Then it would post every other time it was powered on. Now it turns on each time, but after it verifies the DMI Pool Data, it says it cannot find the ntldr. I put my hand on the hdd's and they had power and were spinning, but my computer cannot find my sata hdd's. I tried every combination of boot devices, even with just one boot device as SCSI, but nothing will work. Each time I turn my computer on it says, "NTLDR is missing, Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

I was overclocked, so I put everything back to stock speeds but still no luck. I thought maybe a format would help, so I booted from my xp disc to try to format. I put the floppy disc with my sata drivers on it, loaded them while windows was loading its files; but when windows asked me to select which hdd to install windows to, only my IDE hdd was listed. My sata hardrives (raid 0) were not listed.

What is going on? Is there something wrong with my mobo?

Well, there are four things you should swap out one by one with something else:

-Mainboard
-RAM
-Proc
-HDD

do it according to this GUIDE, that should help you.
