Computer Too Hot??

I just built a new Shuttle SB95P v2, but my temps seem way to high. The room temperature averages around 25C, but there is a ceiling fan so the room seems cooler than other rooms. However my idle temps average between 50-52C. The specs are in my sig so you can see what I am running. Do I need to reapply my as5? Also I have a 7800GTX, which fits and only cuts off maybe 1cm of the air intake? Could this be causing the problem. I know prescotts run hot, but this seems a little bit too high for idle temps. Let me know what you guys think.. Thanks.
 
Actually, it seems okay to me if you're on standard air. I'm at 55C here (with the side panel off and a 7" fan blowing in), have hit 62C on really hot days.
