computer sometimes locks up when playing videos

sometimes when i stream videos from sites my computer would lock up. Anyone know whats the problem?? i have the lastest drivers (66.93) for my vid card (see sig for specs). If anyone cna help it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
 
Can you find more info on your PSU? as in amperage levels, specifically on the 12v line(s)

13 Amps on the 12 volt, I do believe you don't have NEARLY enough to run that video card (I believe 6800 of some kind).

I had to upgrade my PSU for a similar reason
 
Is it with WMP? Try turning down or off (or maybe on?) hardware video acceleration and see if that helps. Tools->Options->Performance Tab
