Computer slowed down big time. Anyway to fix it?

Well I just installed a ATI Radeon 9800pro and my computer seems to be slowed down to its minimum rate. Is there anyway to clean it up to make it run faster , not by deleting the videocard or anything. Please if you have any solutions, that would be very respectful to share.

format is a BIG cleaning ;) use drivercleaner to get rid of old drivers, reboot and install new drivers
 
I always reformat when I do anything but it keeps my pc running tiptop condition
 
The problem is , I had drivercleaner and it deleted my whole fucking video card and im like wtf and then I had to system restored because I thought I was screwed :eek:
