Computer shuts off randomly in CS

I will be playing CS and my computer will just shut off, no blue screen or anything. I am thinking its the power supply or the memory. Currently running memtest right now. I do have a backup PSU but its only 350 watts compared to my current 480. Would it be enough for the following rig? Backup PSU is also Antec while my current one is a Thermaltake.

well, it just past memtest

Going to swap out the psu and try playing cs again
 
ok, i am a retard. I figured out the problem it wasnt the PSU

I looked at bios and my cpu shutdown temp in bios was 55c which is what I usually get under full load, so the fucker shut off.

I feel like such a nub
