Computer shows 2 Cards????

I just installed a new 9500 pro. Each time I boot the computer it finds new hardware and install another 9500 pro as a secondary card. I disable then remove only to have it install again next time. Is there a switch I need to turn off or what is going on?
 
ATi does this to handle multiple monitors. As you may notice one is labeled primary, the other secondary.
Just leave both installed, that's how it should be.
