Ok, i just ordered my computer 3 weeks ago, and i called my computer store, and they told me that they didnt recieved the corsair ram and the chenming601 case yet so theyre not able to mount the computer....

What the fuck is that? Does it really takes 3 weeks to ship a damn case and 2 sticks of ram?!
 
Depending on what kind of store it is. A low volume store usually takes a while before they get their parts from their vendor and etc. because the suppliers will put them on the bottom of their priority list.

If the store is a high volume store and it is taking that long, then it is just bad management.

if so, are they charging you ?
